Normal people do not use, nor do they need, nor do they travel around Rome in 20 black out vans escorted by police. This is not a bloody funeral! If it where, then there'd be a Hearst ffs!
Italian politicians do not use black out vans either. I lived in Italy. They travel in Mercedes', not blackout vans.

With the latest affidavit out of Italy and all the censorship here, it leads me to believe it could lead to the scandal between the Italian PM and Barack Hussein Obama. *Especially in light of the blackout in Italy which does not have third world infrastructure like Pakistan.

I assume alot of groups visit the Vatican for various reasons. Not familiar enough with their traffic to know if this is something big or just a bunch of vans getting moved to a new location for a completely normal reason.

When I was in Moscow I saw almost the exact same thing with like 20 blacked out Mercedes with a police escort. My point is I don't think this is unusual to see in any big city that is also a seat of power.
I want to know who filmed this activity and if it was filmed today(ish). If a local filmed this transportation, it might be noteworthy. After all, you would only use your camera for unusual events.
