That's not something the FAA would let happen... one of the most important areas losing ATC without either a power problem or literally the place blowing up is close to none... hell an ATC had a stroke and they literally replaced them actively within seconds.
Wouldn’t be the first time. Back in March, I remember a temporary shutdown (a few hours) at my city’s airport because they got 10 Covid cases coming from air traffic controllers
