As an example I’ve heard of you could buy high value items like an dewalt batteries and send them back junk old ones or even say they sent you the wrong item and send them junk and they’ll take it.

This is true. A guy I know ran this scam for a little while except he got greedy and had too many items in transit and they cancelled his account.
