Firstly, I don't have a Twitter account but when loading a new page after visiting a link on Twitter In bottom left of my browser it says briefly 'twitter.syndicate' or something.
Anyone know what this is?

cause twitter has its own analytics [inbound link tracking] from sources. you can disable that using adblocker like ublock origin or use extreme mode in brave browser
