Now I have no idea what’s going on but I have a personal story.

When I was in Afghanistan, intelligence picked up a Taliban training camp. For months they planned an attack on the camp. I had no idea they picked up the camp nor did they tell anyone of the lower enlisted soldiers about the details until ONE WEEK before the attack. This gave us time to prepare (I worked at an aviation unit resupplying fuel and ammunition). It was a very successful mission and a lot of bad guys got killed. I saw the war footage, it was a very successful mission. You know why they didn’t tell me about the mission? It’s because they couldn’t trust us lower level soldiers with only a secret security clearance to keep our mouths shut.

You guys need to stay calm. This is literal war, you don’t show the enemy anything you’re doing
