I started getting worried about china in 2010 when they acquired volvo. Volvo obviously isn't American, buy now they aren't Swedish anymore either. That was when my fear of China skyrocketed.

But by keeping the name everyone just assumes it's still trusty old Swedish Volvo

I would never own a new one, zero trust and I don't want my money going to China. I was devistated when SAAB died... But then I realized... Saab was owned by GM... And where does most of GM production take place? China... Who purchased saab in the end? China.. So now I'm glad saab is dead, because being owned by china is a fate worse than death.

Until this year most GM production for North America was in North America, save the big RWD sedan platform that came from Australia.

GM has production in China but it makes cars for the China market. Emissions and safety requirements differ.

GM's CEO is a lefty who was on Hillary's short list for VP supposedly so she shut down a lot of stuff more to go after Trump than because the cars were losing money.

Are you sure? I'm not arguing with you, I belive you... But my grandfather used to be one of the owners of android industries, a part supplier for GM, he knows the ins and outs, and according to him most GM parts are from: China, Mexico, and Canada. The parts are then ASSEMBLED in the u.s., so that it can be labled as "made in USA". He told me all about product shipment over the ocean and where the materials are processed and formed into parts. American cars aren't really American. He used to regularly take trips to Mexico to oversee his factories and bring efficiency into production in his plants. No argument intended! Just going off what I know.

Just like (I learned) that so much of Italy is now owned by China. China bought up a lot of high-end textile manufacturing in Italy and sends Chinese to Italy to produce it so it can still have the high-end Italian name but be made by Chinese.

Hence why Italygate occurred. It all ties together. Dig for connections!

Don’t forget. Italy was also the first western country to kick off all this Covid shit. They took the Chicom dying-in-the-streets propaganda, ramped it up, and legitimized it.

That is disgusting. How did you find this out?

That was the reason why Chyna flu broke out there so badly at first in Europe. Many of their workers returned after CNY and then it began.

They also had "hug a Chinese" events in shopping streets. To fight covid-related racism...
