If you're not going to watch a video, maybe don't claim something about that video. The validity of his claims are a separate issue.
He might be getting the same bad information. I can tell you my friends and I went on a federal website to find out someone's arrest for possession of a stolen handgun and marijuana. Sure enough the guy's mug shot was online.
So arrests should be easy to verify rather quickly.

I did watch the video and again no sources were found. Just a guy talking.
