I will answer for them... Because reddit became popular because it was a place for intellectual debate. But now no one challenges us any more and as fun as it is eventually you get tired of the circle jerk and want some real action.
The worst part about reddit, imo, was the little timeout you had to take when they downvoted you. You could be having a decent discussion, then some FAGGOTS downvote you with 20 accounts, and you can't reply for 10 minutes. I loved arguing with commies, but it just got old. Then I was permanently banned for saying Biden sniffs kids. Truth fucking hurts.
