Fun fact, doing this AND enacting military tribunals for treason charges would not actually require martial law.
Not that I would mind it, but we could toss these bastards in Gitmo or shoot them, and then domestic court (SCOTUS) would determine how to remedy a lost election. They could hand it to Trump or do a revote, but it doesn't really matter at that point.

Dems could probably give Bernie a real shot for once. Remember if they didn't rig elections, he would have been the candidate anyway.
