Trump will try all legal channels, that he has said clearly, including in his (not) conceding speech.
We have a SCOTUS case on the 14th. If they move to seal evidence and dismiss, he hits the big red button. HOWEVER if our weighty SCOTUS advantage plays out, we would not need military intervention, which would be preferable to avoid being called a dictator.
That said, if SCOTUS finds evidence of foreign intervention... well foreign intervention in an election is an ACT OF WAR, so it would be military tribunals for the traitors from there. No martial law though.
Pretty sure SCOTUS won't do a damn thing, like the leadup to the civil war and like they didn't do a damn thing over the election fraud. Hoping he pushes that button.
It seems like this is a tailor-made situation for Pres Trump to invoke it. I wonder why he hasn't yet. But what can we do besides sit and wait.
