All preconditions are met. Every branch of government including the free press appears to be compromised by coordinated and hostile forces and a coup has been attempted against the president. The constitution has been disregarded and the coherence of the union is in an existential crisis, with the distinct possibilty of a civil war. Free and fair elections under military supervision, without electronic counters and mail in ballots should be conducted to ascertain the next president.
