POTUS is a peaceful man. I believe it is on the table, probably ready to go.

He doesn't want to have to do it, and what it will do to the country. He's trying to come up with ANY viable option other than this.

If he's got them, I'm with him. If not, and this is time for IA1807, I support him.

So what you’re saying is basically he isn’t invoking it because of what it will make him look like. So he values his reputation over the future of America? We’re fucked if he does nothing, and China will dominate the world.

Also, if he waits any longer, they’ll impeach him. And then it’s REALLY off the table.
