William Belknap 1870 is the most obvious one. Dont have time atm to do the case law research for you. I know there was a judge who was impeached and then became a memeber of congress lol but impeachment has a slightly different for judges but same legal theory would apply.

A.D.'s point is that the Senate won't start to touch the articles of Impeachment at least an hour after the term of the next president, in which case DJT is not a president able to be subject to Impeachment.
