They can cover things up anyway, I think with cuckerburg his 'wife' probably his CCP handler, and for others they just marry whoever is convenient (someone who doesn't care about/likes marrying a RL vilan) and they're not looking for anyone sexy - because women don't 'do it' for them anymore...
