Humans have only had internet for a few decades and somehow managed to survive. I know...I was there.

And, with a little preparation, you can easily survive with no electricity for a few weeks. People do it all the time in National Parks, for weeks at a time. They even have fun doing it.

On the upside, it is cold out right now, which makes natural refrigeration easy.

Most likely none of this hysteria will happen.
