You can always toggle these back on later if needed. Please share with family and friends so their Parler, Signal or other apps don't mysteriously vanish at the whims of certain cucked Apple execs. Also rumors abound Apple may disable or hide Emergency Alert System presidential notifications. Honestly it's best to wait to install iOS updates anyway unless you are having specific problems so Apple can fix any bugs they missed during the beta period.

Now I have this annoying red alert notification in my face. Ugh
I didn't see yesterday's thing, but I am fairly sure that no phone actually has to do anything you tell it. It's not your phone, except in the way it's "your" parole officer.
When Apple wants your phone to do something -- it will do it.
"Ah, but I turned it off!" Well, that's what it tells you. Why do you think the batteries have been non-removable for a decade?
If we are being honest, your local Police Department can modify your phone from blocks away (see Stingray technology.) Let alone Apple or Google or your cellular service provider. Disabling updates is just an illusion of "safety."
Since we are all law abiding citizens we are unlikely to have police looking into our phones with a stingray. That's usually reserved for organized crime or gangs. The exception could be in NYC when the cops are looking for quarantine curfew violators or people throwing big parties.
As for Google thankfully Android phone users own TONS of different phones with many different chipsets and many more different chipset combinations. Phones that may not have ANY future Android OS updates released via the phone manufacturer. Google only releases Android OS updates for their Google Pixel phones IIRC.
If I were worried about Stingrays and manipulation of my phone I would purchase one of these privacy pouches to drop my phone into when I'm done making calls or texts, or entering the area where a Trump or patriot meet-up is ongoing. https://www.infowarsstore.com/infowars-privacy-pouch
There have already been several lawsuits dotted thoughout the country, in regard to, information acquired through the use of Stingray's outside the parameters of a warrant. Law enforcement agencys need a search warrant to use Stingray's, however once a search warrant is acquired they use it to sweep all phones in the area for information. Just look up "Stingray Lawsuits" for a ton of reported cases of stingray abuse.
I don't doubt that it happens. But it would be a lot of man hours to use it in the context of removing apps. Far easier to get Gulag and crApple to hand over a list I'm sure.
Yesterdays shill attack.
Dude you missed the short bus.
Would you care to elaborate? Edit: If it was posted yesterday I missed it. Certainly did not see specific howto guides posted on how to change these settings. Y so salty?
Woah, did not know about the deleting apps part.
It's for your own good comrade!
The original stated use was to remove apps which are later found to contain malware or spyware. Apple really does try to completely control their little ecosphere.
That sounds like some good intentions with the ability to be misused
Yesterdays bullshit!
