They're going to impeach him but not send the articles to the Senate for around 100 days, to avoid the Senate trial interfering with Biden setting up his administration. But they do want to send it to the Senate, since if Trump is convicted he can never run for president again.

I think there are 222 Dems, so they have the votes on a party line basis. Obviously have the votes now in the Senate, too, since the Recucklicans wouldn't audit Georgia.
