Your 1 through 4 are really all one item but I agree, things are off. There's no need for lots of National Guard troops 10 days before an inauguration, if they're even going to have one. There's no need for an impeachment in the next 10 days. There's no need for full blown online fascism in the next 10 days. All of these things could wait but they're not waiting. There's a lot happening behind the scenes.
