Ahh, I'll try it out. I'm using Bing because I can't take ddg and refuse to give Google clicks. I know Bing isn't much better but I like the interface and Microsoft already has my shit since I use windows.

Seems to be a French developer. They say they are about anonymity but who knows. There is also "Swisscows" and "Startpage". They seem to be very high quality for privacy but then again who knows about anything.
I don't know about total anonymity but if they're French they do have GDPR to contend with which is at least more privacy than most of the US (aside from perhaps California, ironically).
Sell me on Qwant, I'm French and I don't trust anything French. It seems the government puts his fingers in everything over there.
