There’s a reason he’s kept everything vague and not mentioning Biden. The video was choppy and lower quality than normal.

We also haven’t seen him or his family in 4 days and have no confirmation of their location.

I’m not saying I have any idea of what’s happening, I’m just saying very unusual things are happening right now all over the world. I wouldn’t rule anything out.

Any actual proofs of the blackouts? What I've seen didn't convince me (Paris already shuts down their crap to save energy, and the Vatican looked like a camera exposure issue).
