Its prep work folks. Trump will give the SCOTUS their chance, they have a hearing the 14th.
They can basically toss it that day, or they have to lock up the innaugeration (as I understand it) as it cannot pass while debated in court. So probably the 15th we will see if Trump hits the big red button.
