But EVEN IF THEY DO, Congress has turned on Trump. In order for that not to be the case, they would all have to have been putting on a big show Thursday morning during this "most trying time since 9/11."
SCOTUS can't change the results of the election. They can send the election back to Congress or the States, but those states will not do the right thing.
Scotus can make it impossible to innaugerate biden/Harris, and send that reality back to legislator.
