1.) Cloud hosting, replacing AWS? 2.) DNS service ( replace Cloud Flair) ? 3.) Payment Processing? ( Replace paypal/stripe)
What would help the most, and what is in demand the most?
DNS alternative. Address to IP + TSL without a root trust authority. Build this now, if you only can. Hosting will always be infrastructure dependent, Payment processing wont work, they will ban you from bank transactions and credit card processors over night. But if you could have DNS alternative we could host our shit at our own machines, if you can replace TSL trust authority you will be free.

I'm not saying you should not. But if anyone comes up with both a solid design and implementation of such a thing, I'm afraid it will be trip to gitmo level of achievement.
