Trump won't refer to him has President-elect. He has no reason to refer to Biden as president-elect because we all know that is a sham but that he also has been forced into a place where he will have to leave office since there is no real support from the people in power that he needed support from.

yeah... i didnt think trump was the type to lie like that, even to enemies like graham. but i was also thinking things might be different given what is possibly at play, so he might be doing what you suggest.
