How do you know that? Is it because you remember the days where the MSM was actually fact? Explain the build up of Military in three major cities now? Explain why the alert has gone out for all Active Duty members to return to duty NOW, not yesterday? Why would honorable former Navy Seals lie? That's what I thought....

Flimsy. A "declaration", as required by law to invoke the IA, generally means written, as it would be part of the Federal Record, through the Federal Registry. The US government does not work on word of mouth, speech is not official record.

And, the second part of invoking the IA is via Executive Order. Which is published by the Federal Registry, typically a day after it's been signed.

So, if and until an EO is issued invoking the IA, it's not been invoked.

The SCOTUS also has the power to overturn EO's if they're not Constitutional. Which has pretty good odds of happening, if Trump does issue an EO invoking the IA. Not because they're right, but because you know they will.

On the POTUS account, sure. But he didn't use that, now did he? That whole video as the basis of invoking is flimsy as hell, at best, and there are time frames for the next step that have expired, even if anyone considered that official.

Stop grasping at straws. IF and when he invokes, you will have no doubt it's happening. I know that because I looked up how the whole thing actually works, instead of listening to small YouTube channels that are click baiting for views. I respect the hustle, but what they're spreading is horseshit.

Seems an overreaction from the protests.
