-Every political party has their primaries and eventually votes for their candidate to represent them.
-Then, say around July or August, we have a nationwide vote for the two parties that will run for presidency in which theoretically unlimited parties get to run(yes I realize this ends up with a two-party system in the end).
-The two parties with the most votes from July will be the final two in the presidential election.
-if somebody voted for libertarian party or Green Party in July, they don’t have to fear of “throwing away their vote” and giving an election to their opponent because they will get a second chance to vote again in November. This will allow many new parties and ideas to be heard and actually considered and not thrown to the curb because “you will never beat the opponent”
