Gab offered support. Not sure what comments Dan is referring to

Why shouldn't they? Gab is milking the whole Gab Pro thing for all ots worth. Neither platform is your friend, both are desperately trying to get ahead and make names for themselves before the hammer comes down. Alt-tech has always been trying to scrabble over each other for supremacy; the only ones that don't seem to be playing are Minds and Odysee.

This doesn't look good to me my friends. Parler may be gaslighting.

Andrew was warning Parler to not be so dependent upon 3rd party tech long ago

You could see this coming forever

I am sad for what happened to both companies even though we can only talk about 1

I'm not sad. Torba was forced to do what he has and that may pay off bigtime. I do worry though as theybwill probably destroy him physically. He aint gonna stop.otherwise.

Conservative inc, unhip and incompetent and these are supposed to be our thought leaders.

Smh.

Welcome to the world of religious addiction, Dan.

Obviously, you're not "Christian enough" to meet Torba's requirements. He's like the Landover Baptist Church: "unsaved unwelcome."

The man has done a Good Thing with Gab, but he is not sane.

He may be a madman (he is) but he is competent. Unlike the great minds at Parler which can't even seem to find a lawyer? I don't buy that for a second. Also why are they crying instead of just buying servers? I am no techy but if Torba can afford more servers then Parler should be doing the same.

They are conservative incorporated, what is taking so long?

Torba is anything but competent. Are you forgetting that outage last May?

They installed an "update" to their server code, and it crashed everything.

Took 'em a WEEK to fix it.

Putting new code on your production server, WITHOUT TESTING IT FIRST, in the middle of the fucking day, during your site's busiest time --

is not "competent."
