So the guy in the affidavit is real, he was already involved in hacking several years earlier, he does work for the company he said worked for, but they got his job title wrong. Then they say because he didn't have a lawyer closer to home, and that "something just didn't seem right" during the video of the lawyer talking, the whole story makes no sense.
