FBI and NYPD notified Capitol Police of REGULAR SECURITY (HIGH) for the rally.

FBI DC says, NO need to treat it like REGULAR (HIGH) SECURITY event with the Q boards going indicating they are coming to cause trouble & 500,000 people coming in town????

After the FBI knows the Q is TERROR THREAT.
