A sane person would be seeking emergency injunction to prevent the Amazon bullshit. Not saying they'd get it. But they'd be trying.
If they aren't even trying to get an injunction...that is HIGHLY suspect to me.

Should not be that difficult to find someone to file something. It isn't like they have to try the entire case on 5 minutes notice. They just need to file an emergency relief petition.
