If you like space and mindfucks, you should watch it. The VFX team got awards and commendations because the black hole they created was so realistic that it helped actual, real world scientists understand black holes better. The movie is all around fantastic, I highly recommend it. The only bad thing I have to say about it is that it takes about half an hour to get going but it's a necessary half an hour.

Watch it! It's so fucking good! Watch "A Scanner Darkly" too if you haven't seen it. That's a hell of a mindfuck too and with a great cast.
