I've been using https://www.goaquagear.com/products/waterfiltrationpitcher for awhile but wondering if there are better alternatives.

Also wondering if I should upgrade to the big under-sick or counter-top filters.

Every tried pure ass water? Like super pure water? I have. I have a property in the middle of the cascades with a well that's glacier fed by Mt Rainer.

You'll be sick for 2 months drinking it.

Why?

Because it's pure H2O. I've had it professionally tested by GE scientists (because one of my family is the manager of that division for water treatment). You get sick because you're body is so used to getting minerals and shit dumped into city water that without them? You feel the effects and have to start getting those minerals else where.

Not everything is bad.

(Btw pure h20 tastes amazing as fuck)

I'm avoiding reverse osmosis stuff for this reason, creates unnaturally pure water.

Check out Alexapure or Berkey

Alexapure is crap. They use cheap steel that rusts near the lid (their solution is that this is normal and just wipe it off) and their filters get clogged and unusable after a few months. Would not recommend.

Maybe you got a bad one, we've had one for 6 years with no issues with rust or filters. Just my opinion.

My mom purchased a Berkey for us a few Christmases ago...I really like it. The only con is that it's a little big

Berkey! All the way! It's an expensive initial investment that totally pays off over time. Made in the USA, TX if I'm not mistaken. Water purifier > water filter. I'll link their info page so you can read more into it yourself https://www.berkeyfilters.com/pages/berkey-benefits

Go to Findaspring.com

Locate a natural water source close to where you live

Buy a few 5 gallon jugs to fill and either a water dispenser OR

Do what I do - purchase an Air Water Life water alkalizer (which includes a filter) and a water dispenser pump to pump the water from jug through alkalizer. The alkalizer raises water ph to 9.3.

Been drinking this water for well over a decade and haven't been sick once during that time.

Good question. We have a GE whole house water filter and our water still smells like chemicals. We drink bottled, which is not a great solution either due to cost/inconvenience.

Most are the same, find one with reasonably priced filters. I think we paid 3 bills. And filters are around 20
