Hes getting some of it from another supposed retired seal named Juan o'savin. Hard to judge credibility on these people with no public profiles.
The dude in the video op posted does have some bizarre beliefs (mostly new age stuff and he's had people on talking about their alien experiences). So not sure how reliable he is in selecting sources to believe. Also he mentions something about jfk Jr being alive which to me sounds beyond ludicrous.
