Seriously, do we need a class action from Voters or what ???? WHO is allowed to take these obvious rights violations to court ????

Candidate - no. Legislature - no. Other States - no. Voters - ???

Texas had an issue not with something within the state of Pennsylvania, but against the entire state of Pennsylvania.

So why would Texas then have to take up this case inside the PA court system?
