Holy fuck. Who the fuck writes the shit he can barely read on a teleprompter?

This man is a national embarrassment. It's painful how stupid he is. Can his fucking handlers just speak for him or something? Seriously. It's shameful. I can only imagine that the Japanese Prime Minister is going to just start laughing and keep laughing until Biden awkwardly shuffles off. I fucking hope that world leaders mock him and ridicule him. I really do.
