It would never hold up in a full court trial. They would have to admit in open court that it's Hunter Biden producing CP consequence free just to prosecute the posters of said CP. The defense would point out their client was just trying to bring a pedophile to justice, a pedophile that is known to police and remains at large to this day, likely abusing children at that very moment.
