After reviewing the C-Span video of the Joint Session of Congress, it is confirmed that Vice President and President of the Senate Michael R. Pence did indeed continue to violate the 12th Amendment on numerous occasions by letting someone else, apart from himself as explicitly stated in this Amendment, open the Certificates of Vote for numerous states.
AMENDMENT XII :
..." -- the President of the Senate shall, in the presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the certificates and the votes shall then be counted;"...

9:51 of C-span broadcast, Pence is handed an already opened Certificate from California, again Pence is breaking the law as stated in the U.S. Constitution.
At 10:44 into the video, Vice President Pence again Failed to open the Certificate from Colorado, breaking the Constitution again.

I think Eastman said on Bannon on Friday that there were other parts of the constitution that were broken by Pence that day.... like going over the 2 hours, having ppl speak about things other than the states debate, etc
