Things get pretty trashed in raids, man. When you're going around looking for shit (such as memory cards, usb devices, documents, files, or other intel or contraband) things get messy, especially in groups trying to be fast in and out.

Probably caused by searching.

Also keep in mind if everything was nice and orderly with only laptops or just one important item missing it would arouse too much suspicion. Not necessarily to make Trump supporters look bad.
