So my big hold up with all this is that our elections are different. The public doesn't elect the president, the EC does. So once the EC votes are cast and accepted, it doesn't really matter what happened in the public vote.

I'm not a constitutional lawyer but I don't see how you can get around this.

You prove the election was rigged and the supreme court does their fucking job. Election get's thrown out and the 12th amendment goes into full effect.

Reading this article has gotten me dooming. There’s no point in using the EAS to make his case about fraud. Everyone has already made up their mind and there aren’t enough of us. We lost this in the culture.

I’d love to have my mind changed.
