Fuckkkkk

I loved hopper and stranger things. Until fucking now. God damn it.

All my sons LOVE Stranger things. Question y’all?

Is it worth it to tell them? My oldest 11- is sorta kinda getting into politics and (on his own... honestly) is heavily leaving conservative and loves trump would probably be heartbroken lol. We watch it all together as a family including plans to watch season 4 when it comes out.

Would you tell your kids or just let them have the innocence?

Let them have their innocence but slowly bring them along. It’s sad, but we have to show the next generation the truth and hammer it home 24/7.

I hate that I don’t want to see movies anymore. Used to love going to the movies. Cant do it any longer. Because of Pizzagate and just how generally radical and annoying as fuck celebs are.

It helps knowing that movies today are generally all fucking awful.

I think 11 is still pretty young, but it wouldn't hurt to be selective about what movies you watch and explain why. For instance, there's a lot of movies and shows that promote "hollywood values" like promiscuity, dumb dad trope, bratty kids, skimpy clothes, language, whatever values you'd rather your kids didn't start to imitate. It would remove a lot of newer stuff, but there's always old movies, board games, outdoor activities...
