Tomorrow, or well rather, today, seeing as I'm posting this just after 2 in the morning, will determine who is right on this site. Pelosi plans to bring impeachment charges to the House floor. Without a doubt these will pass. Likely will pass the Senate too in the coming days. Will Trump be impeached, for real this time? Or will the larping stop and the real shit start?

The Senate has specific rules on impeachment. It has to be high crime. There is no high crime and the SCOTUS already ruled on this BS about interpreting free speech. If you think something means something else it's not a crime. It's fucking stupid. He's not being impeached unless he said hey, let's go attack the capitol...meh. He did not do that therefore it's retarded and a waste of time saying that "it will be wild" means attack!!!!
I don't think the Senate will impeach. Anyone on the right trying to move on would be reconsolidated to support Trump. This makes someone like, Don jr., an extremely likely 2024 candidate, and easily claiming that base. Merit is still merit, and any impeachment attempt right now for the Capitol rally would very readily be seen as just more fraud.
Let's just say if he's made it this far he has a plan.
