It's a subdomain that points to video-cdn-cl.parler.c.footprint.net. So it's just a CDN by a company called Level 3, that's not managed by AWS. Also Amazon hosts the DNS, but they only removed the records for the main domain, not subdomains.
Edit: since Amazon only nuked the top level DNS information, I bet that all their infrastructure is actually still up and running, and that AWS just made it hard to directly access. Because AWS also plans on giving them a significant amount of time to get everything off.
