Even if hit in the shoulder....if it was a hollow point it could have splintered after hitting bone and shredded her lungs, arteries, and/or heart. Lungs/throat obviously damaged due to leakage from mouth. Arterial/heart damage would cause massive internal bleed out ending in quick death. Anything could have happened to that slug once it penetrated.
Saw it happen with a deer. Clipped a rib, destroyed a shoulder. Pieces went straight up the neck, shredded the artery, stepped at the base of the skull.
Round would have likely passed through her lungs. Plus possible damage to the heart from the pressure wave on impact. Additionally I didn’t see anyone seal the chest cavity so the sucking chest wound would have likely caused asphyxiation even if her lungs weren’t filled with blood.
If it hit there, from the angle the shooter was why is there blood in her mouth? The windpipe and esophagus would be on front of the trajectory of the bullet. The bullet would've gone behind those structures and either out the same side back or crossed the spine to the other side back. Watching the actions of the cops, the shooter seemed to turn the gun away from her and the large muzzle flash ( in a big caliber pistol, blanks do this) I don't really buy it
She died as a result. That's all that matters.
What's your point?

Dude was firing from front left.

Why is that significant?
