Old news. The virus was called Wuhan-400 in the book. The author wanted to use a Russian city as name for the virus but was advised at that time to not do that, he said that he instead used a Chinese city which was less of an issue and less controversial back then.

I don't live too far from the Pfizer plant in michigan, they got rich people calling them offering 50k to jump the line and get a shot now.
