Probably not imagining things. On one hand I would recommend most people have a sock account to shitpost, while pretending to be a normie with their real name for pragmatic reasons. On the other hand, the more people that are blatantly banned from these services, really accelerates the need and adoption for other platforms.
Lol at least paypal was useful to you. Most buggy, unfunctional big tech service out there. It amazes me that they're still in business.
Used to work for them, it's a bigger mess than anyone can imagine. And now, they probably don't have a single American working there.

If you need to collect cc payments, try stripe. Low rates and easy.

Well it's easy to replace the account. I've done it, but bc my account was being used by a thief. Worst part was having to get a new debit card number to link to. You can always get one of those disposable paypal cards, right? Put money on it in the store and use it to link or whatever.
If you didn't connect your identity to the account like verifying with your social security number or connecting a bank account they may have just seized your account for that reason.
I deleted Paypal years ago. I can't remember why but they are banned...
