I read it three times and it is clearly written by someone that doesn't know what they are talking about. I think I deciphered what they are trying to say, however, the email verification step being skipped is very unlikely as is the way they claim to obtained the administrator users.

Additionally, all this stupid talk of millions of admin accounts created is nonsense and the "distributed" lie is so obviously a pile of shit from a fantasist.
