As if fucken Parler would be this lax with their security

While I can of course not say if this hack is true or false, security hardly ever comes down to being lax but comes down to skill and knowledge. I am sure whoever built Parler thinks it is secure but there are huge differences between skill levels of developers and if they outsourced this stuff to India, then all bets are off.

You are right to be skeptical of Amazon as well and that is something else that shows lack of knowledge on Parler's part, most IT people in the MAGA world would never suggest hosting a service like Parler on AWS.

However, this is information warfare, so they whole thing could be a pack of lies, I know some people on 4chan have spread very effective misinformation like this when the reality of the hack was much smaller for example.

Spez: I had longer to look at this now, all I can see is a list with public URLs, nothing posted as proof backs the claims made.

Still have to get warnings out to people just incase. And Parler surely would have had their shit pen tested for this kind of thing. I heard Codemonkey said he knew about this ages ago and that is why he says he will never get a parler account. Not sure if true though only heard in comments!
