Will someone please lay out for me what the Insurrection Act will do? I'm quite frankly a bit scared for lack of a better word being a 40 yo single woman that cares for my elderly disabled mother. Even if the situation calls for it we can't mobilize. What's keeping me halfway sane right now is geographically we are not in imminent danger...I don't think
