I found the above link where a Maria Zack obtained an affidavit from Italy saying that two men working for Leonardo SpA in Italy admitted to switching votes from Trump to Biden in 17 states immediately after the November 3 election. According to Ms. Zack, tabulations from voting machines (probably including Dominion) were transmitted by internet through servers in Frankfurt, Germany and relayed by satellite to Rome. The vote counts were then manipulated (some votes switched from Trump to Biden), then re-transmitted back through Frankfurt to the tabulation machines in the US.
Ms. Zack says in the interview that she transmitted this information to several Congressmen at around 1:15 PM on January 6 (for use during the contesting of the electoral votes), just about the time the Capitol was breached, and by the time order was restored, very few in Congress were interested in contesting electoral votes.
If Secretary Pompeo is loyal to Trump, maybe he can act (since this involves foreign interference in US elections) to bring this to the attention of state legislatures to decertify Biden's electors in critical states (Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Arizona), or else to advise President Trump to invoke the executive order from September 2018 involving foreign interference in US elections.
