Okay so I did a little research on what we're seeing in the video, and I have some info to share about my findings
The vehicles seen, or at least the four that pass by, are all 'Stryker' ICVs. These are used pretty much exclusively by the Army (and by extension, the National Guard).
As it pertains to Texas, there are a couple of operators that are relevant; 1st Armored Division, operating out of Fort Bliss, and 3rd Cavalry, which operates out of Fort Hood.
